'The greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self transformation.' ~ Lao Tzu

  • Classes are a creative flow of 'asanas' (postures), linked together by synchronising the heating, detoxifying (Ujjayi) breath, with intelligent, dynamic movement & alignment.
  • The 'flow', increasing flexibility, strengthening & toning the body, whilst finding & releasing tension & toxins, both in our body & mind.
  • Awareness on the breath allows our mind to settle, becoming meditative, clear & focused,  re juvenating our  concentration, creativity & mental agility.
  • Themes & intentions are tied into each class, along with sensitive hands on adjustments to facilitate safe & deeper movements, for full extension & expansion of mind & body.
  • And finally, ending with deep relaxation (Savasana), enabling our mind, body & soul to come back to a place of healing, stillness & ease; awaking refreshed & positive;  feeling grounded & reconnected, with a greater sense of  calm, focus & clarity.
  • Some classes may incorporate additional elements of breath (energy) work (Pranayama), restorative poses, meditation & longer guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra / Yogic Sleep).
  • Classes are open to all, friendly, approachable, non judgemental & non competitive.
